Potato Savoury Pie with Rosemary and Ginger
Love potatoes, love savoury pies, love rosemary….here one of my fovourite dish.
And here all you need:
First of all, peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C / 400 degrees F.
Put the potatoes pieces , rosemary and salt in a blender and blend in very small pieces . aT THE END you will have some sort of cold mashed potatoes .
Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the flour and mix well.
Add the grated fresh ginger , according to it your own taste , and stir again .
Finally add the egg and mix again .
Grease well with 4 tablespoons of olive oil a baking cake, pour the mixture and level it well.
Bake in the preheated oven , and cook for about 20 minutes, turn off the oven and leave the cake inside until you will have formed a nice golden crust .
