Little Turkey Roasts with Sage and Wiener Sausage

Often the turkey meat can be a bit ‘ dry and stringy, and not at all tasty . With this simple recipe you can create a tasty dish fast and yummy.

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 2 glasses of white wine,  2 cups of milk,  plenty of fresh sage, fresh rosemary,     3 large, thin slices of turkey breast, 250 grams of wiener sausage, toothpicks to block the roasts

First of all put on cutting the turkey slices one at a time, in a portion aligned the sage leaves , put on it a piece of sausage and cut off the excess .

Now roll the turkey  around the wiener sausage, and links with some toothpicks spaced 3 or 4 cm .

Cut the roll into small pieces, between a toothpick and another. Proceed as for the other slices of turkey and also with the rest of the advanced turkey meet.

With the EVO oil grease thoroughly a wok pan type , inserted in the cold roasts and the rosemary.

Saute the little roasts over high heat stirring gently from time to time until they are lightly browned on all sides. At this point, add the white wine, bring to a boil and reduce heat .

When the larger part of the wine has evaporated , add 2 cups of fresh milk, put the lid on and simmer for 20-30 minutes stirring gently from time to time until the milk has thickened leaving a delicious cream on the bottom.

Now you can serve: they are delicious , soft and savory at once, and also great the next day to reheat: to warm them, add a little ‘ milk  and cook a little ‘ slow fire
