Pasta: Tagliatelle with swiss chard, cheese and sage mountain style
What a fantastic dish when it’s cold !
And it is a recipe one pot one shot , you put everything in a pot and at the end you just dress and is ready for the table.
Here’s what you need: 250 grams of tagliatelle , preferably fresh , 250 grams of swiss chard, 150 grams of butter , plenty of sage, 500 grams of cheese mountain fontina like, 100 grams of grated parmesan cheese , salt to taste, sage and garlic.
First, wash and cut into small pieces the swiss chard.
Then put in a pot with plenty of water, salt to taste and start to cook.
As the water begins to heat up and boil , cut across the mountain cheese into small pieces .
Heat the butter with the sage leaves and a little garlic coarsely chopped , until the sage is golden brown , then turn off the heat and let stand.
After about 30/40 minutes, the swiss chard are cooked .
At this point in the same pot , add the tagliatelle and cook until al dente: this will take 2 or 3 minutes.
Drain and season with chopped cheese , grated Parmesan , stirring gently .
At the end add the butter with the sage . If you want to add a pinch of pepper .
The Tagliatelle with swiss chard, cheese and sage mountain style are ready. Enjoy it!
