Here’s what you need for each serving: 1 bream barbed filet , 1 medium potato peeled and cut into very thin slices , 2 table spoons of bread crumbs , 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese , 2/ 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil , 1 pinch of rosemary well chopped 1 teaspoon of lemon juice , salt end , grated ginger These will be multiplied by the number of diners . When I cooking this recipe we were 3 ! First of all, turn the oven to 170 degrees.
Then mix well in a bowl the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese , rosemary and 1 tablespoon of olive oil per serving.
Then peel the potatoes , cut them in half and cut into thin slices . To facilitate this I use a potato peeler .
Mix the potatoes very well with the mixture of breadcrumbs , until each slice of potato will be well covered by the compound from all sides.
In a baking dish put baking paper and grease it with a little ‘oil . Lie bream fillets skin side down , sprinkle the fish with the lemon juice, add a
pinch of grated ginger if you like, and salt.
At this point you begin to cover it well with the sliced potatoes. Once you have covered all the fish and well distributed all potatoes slices to form a nice crust even, if you advance the compound to distribute it over the breadcrumbs . Drizzle with a little ‘oil and bake.
Cook for 35/50 minutes until the crust is golden brown and tasted the potatoes are well cooked. Serve a bream per person and enjoy it!
