BAKED TUNA BITES IN CRUST WITH ALMOND , PISTACHIO NUTS , PINE NUTS AND WALNUTS

This wonderful recipe mix in a special way both the fish and the dried fruit tast.

here what you need:

2 slices of fresh tuna, a lemon, 1/2 tablespoon of breadcrumbs , a tablespoon of roasted pistachio nuts and chopped, 1 tablespoon almonds , 1 tablespoon pine nuts , walnuts 3 , a teaspoon of rosemary leaves, 1 peeled clove of garlic, 2 cheere tomatoes, salt to taste, 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

First of all, finely chop the almonds , walnuts , pistachios , garlic and rosemary.

In a bowl add the chopped pistachios , the chopped mix just made and bread crumb, and mix well. Add the grated lemon zest and 2  tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

Cut the slices of tuna chunks in bites.

Bread the bites of tuna at a time with the breadcrumbs thus obtained , pressing a bit ‘ so that it adheres well.

Now in a baking tray covered with baking paper, put the olive oil and distribute it well, put in tuna bites and cook at 170 degrees until the breading is golden. Be careful not to cook this too much, since the internal part must stay pink!

Serve with a fresh salad and cherry tomatoes.
