Roast veal in water

This is a really super easy recipe that requires just a bit ‘of time and very little ingredients. And the tasty result will amaze you!

Here’s what you need:

2 kg of veal short plate, 2 glasses of dry white wine, 2 large leaves of bay, sage, rosemary, 2 cloves of unpeeled garlic, salt to taste

Put in a large pot meat, bay leaves, sage, rosemary and crushed and unpeeled garlic.

Cover with water and salt to taste.

Put the lid and cook on low heat for a couple of hours.

At this point the bones should easily come off. Remove them and continue cooking.

After another hour or so the water is almost completely absorbed.
Turn up the heat, add the white wine and let it evaporate.

As soon as the wine will be almost completely evaporated leaving only a lite sauce your roast is ready, easy and tasty.
