FISH FILLET ROLLS WITH RICOTTA CHEESE, BASIL AND ANCHOVIES
Yummy easy and healthy: you will find this little fish rools so tasty!
Here what you need
6 fish fillets without shin and bones, 6 anchovy fillets in oil, 4 tablespoons of ricotta cheese, some bread, 1 organic lemon, 2 tablespoons of almonds, a little basil, mint, chives, parsley, 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
First of all lay on each fillet a ‘ anchovy , a basil leaf
and a teaspoon of ricotta cheese.
Roll each fish fillet and drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and let it rest for a while.
Now, put the bread in a food processor with all the erbs, a bit ‘ of lemon peel and almonds. Mix all very well, and you will obtain a beautiful green breadcrumbs.
Roll every single roll in the flavored breadcrumbs.
Blanch them in a pan with a little olive oil, 5 minutes per part.
Move the rolls in a plate and decorate with some erb leaves. Buon appetito, enjoy it!
