Artichokes and Sausage in pan
This is a quick and tasty super fats dish.
Here’s what you need
4 sausages , 4 artichokes , a lemon, a bit ‘ of parsley , 2 cloves of garlic, 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil , salt to taste.
For first thing cut in half the artichokes and let stand in cool water with lemon cut in half. This will make the tender artichokes and sweet.
Put in a pan non-stick wok type 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and two cloves of garlic and let them cook over high heat , drain the artichokes and put them in a pan , add the lemon juice .
Cook , stirring for about ten minutes, add salt to taste and a glass of water, lower the heat and cook, stirring for another 15 minutes until all the water evaporates .
Will cook turning every 4 or 5 minutes , and stirring artichokes, so that the sausages sauce marinate the artichokes.
