Tuna Loaf with Capers and Oregano
I have a passion for the meatloaf, and so I love also this old Italian dish which is the Tuna Loaf. Here my version:
easy and tasty, is really a recipe that anyone will love.
Here what you nedd :a large cup of tuna canned in olive oil , 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon capers in vinegar , 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese , a cup of bread crumb, 1 tablespoon of oregano, 1 glass of milk.
In a cup let’s put the milk and the bread crumbs and the oregano
and let’s take a first mix.
Then add the tuna without the oil, the eggs and the grated parmesan. Knead just as you do for the meat loaf, stirring carefully.
Finally add the capers, and stir again.
Roll out a sheet of parchment paper on work surface. Manage our meatloaf refining the shape.
Rolled up and seal it well. Then roll in aluminum foil.
Immerse it in water and let it boil for 25 minutes.
Let cool in the fridge: the meatloaf tuna must be served cold with some lemon slices… very simple, very tasty! Buon appetito, enjoy it!
it seems very good. i will try it
