Baked stuffed peppers: easy, yummy, tasty
Hmmm, I love peppers!
This fragrant and appetizing recipe allows you to use the stale bread and to turn your peppers into something special .
You will need 3 beautiful peppers , 100 grams of stale bread crumbs, 30 grams of fresh parsley, a clove of garlic, half a glass of dry white wine 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil , salt, 1 tablespoon of oregano.
Put in a blender dry bread , parsley , garlic and oregano and finely chop everything.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add the first white wine and stir well, then 3 tablespoons of oil and again mix well.
While your compound rest , turn on the oven at 180 degrees , put the parchment paper on a baking sheet and handlebars with a tablespoon of olive oil .
