Bruschetta with tomato – super easy and tasty bruschetta
Bread and tomato – super easy and tasty bruschetta.
This fantastic and super fragrant bruschetta is one of my favorite dishes and contains all the scents of the Mediterranean Italian cuisine
Bread and tomato is a simple dish originally from the south of Italy, and allows the reuse of dry bread.
Here’s what you need: dry bread cut into slices about 1 cm high, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt, oregano, or if you prefer fresh basil, finely chopped.
To bake the bread you may use both the oven or the toaster.
First of all, turn the oven to 170-180 degrees. Or swich on the toaster at low temperature.
Now cut in half the cherry tomatoes. You will need from 3 to 5 cherry tomatoes for each slice of bread, depending on the size of the slices. Put them in a cup, and add a bit of salt, so that the tomatoes can release their water.
Then arrange the slices of bread on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, and sprinkle with a bit ‘of the liquid released by the tomatoes. Alternatively, you can toast it in a toaster, always after haveng them sprinkled with the tomatoes liquid.
The bread should be just damp and not soggy, and the splash of water will make it crisp and crumbly.
Bake the bread.
Heat the bread until it is golden brown. At this point, remove from oven or toaster.
Begin squizzing the tomato pieces on the bread from the cut so that release their juice.
then turn the tomatoes and arrange on the bread slices to cover them entirely
Add salt tomato, generously add olive oil, and then add plenty of oregano or basil.
The scent is great, and the bread and tomato is ready: enjoy them in just a couple of hours, no one can resist this easy and fragrant dish.
I love bruschetta! Xx

I rarely leave comments, however I browsed a great deal of responses here Bruschetta with

I actually do have a couple of questions for you if you do not mind.
Is it simply me or does it appear like some of the remarks appear like they are left by brain dead
people? 😛 And, if you are writing on other online social sites,
I’d like to follow you. Could you post a list of the complete
